Last minute shopping is definitely on the menu.. and so is a personal shopper. At Heathrow. Breeaaaaathe.
Flying back to UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain or Qatar?? Heathrow Airport offers complimentary Personal Shopping for passengers looking for that personal touch (that’s all of us then).
An aray of luxury stores are now open at the airport, with replicas of their Bond and Sloane Street stores. I couldn’t believe it myself.
Bvlgari, Gucci, Cartier, Rolex, Harrods and even our favourite beauty brands.
The exciting part? Tax Free. Mu ah ah ahhhhh ahhhhhhhh (evil laugh)
Passengers are able to book a bespoke consultation with an ARABIC SPEAKING accredited stylist. This can be done either through the online booking form or through a direct number.
You’ll find the personal shoppers are friendly, dedicated and really get it. Two of the personal shoppers that speak Arabic are very professional; Mehdi Habib (Heathrow Senior Seller) and Mawadah Rehman (Heathrow Personal Shopper).
They have a lot of experience with Arab clients and are happy to accommodate, they can even reserve the most exclusive items or simply escort you to the brands of your choice in any terminal.
In the case of where you would rather just sit about and relax in the lounge, they can actually source all the items from the different shops across the different terminals you would like to see, and bring them to you in the lounge. Customer service is everything.
Once you are done, the personal shoppers organise a little buggy and escort you to your flight with all your shopping bags in tow. If however, there is a special piece that wasn’t in stock, or you want a piece sent as a gift to someone, the personal shoppers organise to have it internationally delivered to wherever your want it sent.
